   “Oxivia Logistics Sp. z o.o.” protects personal data against unauthorized access in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. Purpose of personal data processing
   Personal data such as name, email address, and phone number is collected to establish contact with the sender. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to submit the contact form.
5. Contact Form
   Personal data collected via the Contact Form (name, email address, phone number) is collected to enable contact with the sender. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to submit the form.
6. Google Maps widget
   We use the Google Maps widget, owned by Google Inc., which may transmit statistical personal data about visitors to the Oxivia site to Google.
7. Google Reviews widget (Trustindex.io)
